ORGANISERS
We love charity events
We love working with charity event organisers. We like the vibe of being part of an event team that is trying to do some good in the world – it’s a lovely environment to work in. We do all we can to keep the costs down for you without compromising on quality.
FUNDRAISER FEATURING JESSE J
GABRIELLE'S ANGEL FOUNDATION
Gabrielle's Angel Foundation supports research on cancer prevention, detection and treatments.
This fundraiser, organised by a leading London event organiser, raised £600,000. Artists included BRIT Award winner Jessie J. The 400 guests included the Duchess of York and Princess Beatrice.
We provided sound across the entire venue, for speeches, an auction and the live acts. We wrapped all our visible cables in white to blend in with the marquee.

CAROL CONCERT FUNDRAISER
KATIE PIPER FOUNDATION
We were very happy to support the Katie Piper Foundation – a charity that helps adult survivors of burns and people with scars from traumatic incidents.
We did the entire production for the foundation’s annual carol concert and fundraiser. This involved lighting, staging and sound distribution around the whole church. Our main challenge was a reverberation time of about five seconds, which is common in churches, but makes intelligibility difficult.
We designed a time-aligned system that had speakers near to everyone, so people could hear the direct sound ahead of (and louder than) the reverberant sound. So when Simon Cowell, one of the patrons, spoke, the guests could hear every word.
Our client was Lucinda Jamieson, founder and director of 19 Advisory, which provides a ‘specialist fundraising, events and philanthropic consultancy service to donors, brands and charities’.
TOWER OF LONDON FUNDRAISER
HELP FOR HEROES
Help for Heroes supports members of the British Armed Forces community with their physical and mental health, as well as their financial, social and welfare needs.
Our client was a leading London charity event organiser. This fundraising event at the Tower of London involved 16 opera singers on the steps of the tower accompanied by The Band of the Coldstream Guards marching in front of them.
It was a complex sound set-up requiring 32 channels of headset radios, monitors for the singers and a front of house PA system. We couldn’t mic up the marching band, but still managed to get a good sound balance that worked for the audience.

We’d like to help you transform your events into unforgettable experiences.
