Listening is at the heart of everything we do.
1. UNDERSTAND REQUIREMENTS
A clear understanding of your brief and timeline is fundamental, so we start by asking questions.
Who is the audience? What is the space? What is the proposed audio and video material? Crucially – what experience do you want the audience to have?
We can help you clarify what you need to deliver the experience you have in mind, and propose a variety of solutions.
Our processes, systems and can-do attitude enable us to take on jobs with very tight timelines.
2. APPROPRIATE DESIGN
Once we understand the experience you want to create, we come up with ingenious ways to deliver it.
Great sound and vision are a given. But equally important is how it all looks.
Systems need to be easy to build and integrate seamlessly with other trades on site. We use the right tech for the job.
3. THOROUGH PLANNING & PREP
For each job we have a prep list of every item that will be taken on site. This is double-checked by the warehouse team and, when necessary, by the operators on the job. Systems are also tested before loading.
We get back to those we're collaborating with quickly as we know that our response may impact them.
We always scour email strings regarding event prep, and often find nuggets of information that we need to know but haven't been told about.
We mitigate risks by planning and preparing for ‘what if’ scenarios and we always build redundancy into systems.
4. FLAWLESS DELIVERY
Flawless delivery is all about the people. We're known for looking after our staff well on site. People work better when they know what's expected of them and feel supported.
In advance of the event all members of the team receive a detailed Crew Information Pack which explains what has been discussed and agreed in advance. It specifies exactly what the job entails plus logistics, sustenance and accomodation arrangements.
This sets them up to do a good job and leaves them better equipped to react to swerveballs should they arise.
We bring a calm, can-do attitude with us to all events and are a reassuring presence for the client.
We enter into the spirit of an event. Our team are polite and courteous and we’ll always dress as required.
5. ALWAYS LEARNING
We listen to feedback that staff and clients give us after events so that we can learn and make the next one even better.
